Functionality

AGENT.m6 enables creation and usage of clear database of clients, policies and insured vehicles.

Tasks

address envelopes,
print money transfer forms,
print letters (leading messages to clients),

Correspondence

Program may generate serial correspondence for all clients which meet criteria set by the user e.g. for all policies with payment date.

Control

Advanced filtering options make it possible to find any data by given criterion (e.g. Zawansowane opcje filtrowania danych umożliwiają wyszukanie wszystkich polis spełniających zadane kryterium (np. nazwa towarzystwa, nazwa polisy, data zakończenia polisy, data płatności itp.)

Simplicity

Program contains 4 main dictionaries (indexes) as follows:

insurance companies (name, address, bank account),
policy names (name, risks, agency commission),
 vehicles makes and models 
 agents (users)

The dictionaries allow to rationalize and speed up your work. Data once entered to the dictionaries will be visible in different menus and different windows.

Data safety

Program enables creation of database copy (in compressed format). Copies may be created manually or automatically whenever the program is being closed. Every user of AGENT.m6 may have set a password for logging in.
