Program updates

In order to update the program you must reinstall it. When updating all data from the database will not be changed only new functions or corrections will be added.  Follow the instructions:

1. Go to www.agent-m6.com -> Downloads section form the upper menu

2. Click on "Program update for registered users" link then click DOWNLOAD. When downloading window will be displayed click RUN setup file.

3. Once the setup file is downloaded click the button RUN

4. Program installation window will be displayed then follow the instructions.

ATTENTION - users of the NET version of the program besides AGENT.m6 application must also update the server. Follow the instructions:

1. Seat down by the main computer in your network where the AGENT.m6 server program was installed and restart this computer.

2. Go to www.agent-m6.com -> Downloads section form the upper menu

3. Click on "Database server  for NET version" and then click DOWNLOAD.When downloading window will be displayed click RUN setup file.

4. Once the setup file is downloaded click the button RUN.

5. Program installation window will be displayed then  follow the instructions.
