Dictionaries (registers) can be opened in upper menu.
Once information are added to dictionaries (eg. names of insurance companies that your agency cooperates with) these names will always appear in drop down menu in any window where insurance company name is required.
Sorts of dictionaries:
1. Insurance companies - you may add names of companies your agency cooperates with.
2. Insurance agents - a list of agents that sell policies in your agency
3. Policy names - a list of policies that your agency sells
4. Policy types (eg. new, renewal etc.)
5. Vehicle makes (a list of 200 most popular cars is already in the program)
6. Vehicle models
7. Vehicle categories (eg. truck, passenger, motorcycle etc.)
8. Reports - check in download section on our website for other kinds of reports
9. Discounts and rises
10. Agents network - define connections between agents working as a part of net of agents
