Function available by clicking on 
"add/return forms" icon.
In opened window select how you want to transfer forms - to an agent or from your agency back to IC.
Next select IC and forms name and enter forms numbers then select where to transfer forms - to a specific agent or the filing cabinet. This window also enables removing forms from the repository - check "remove forms from repository" field.

Practical example: Add AC forms from number 1 to 10
Solution: Click on 
icon from left menu. In opened repository view click on "add/return forms" icon
New window will open (pic. 1). In upper segment select the direction of forms transfer IC -> Agent then select IC name and form name. Select both IC name and form name. Enter form numbers from 1 to 10. Make sure that in "transfer to" segment a filing cabinet is selected. Click OK.
