To manage the repository click on 
icon from left menu.
Upper toolbar contains functions as follows:
1. Search/filter - manage what forms should be displayed on your screen
2. Show all - shows all policies in repository
3. Show "in repository" policies only
4. Show sold policies only
5. Show canceled policies only
6. Show returned policies only
7. Add (return) forms to repository
8. Remove form from repository - removes selected form
9. Cancel form(s)
10. Edit record
11. Forward forms from filing cabinet to agent, return forms from agent to filing cabinet
12. Find policy
13. Print repository - will print forms displayed on your screen
14. History of operations
