If an error window shows up in the program (e.g. as it is shown on the picture below) first thing to do is to close the program and restart your computer. When the computer is restarted go to program's folder (default is C:\AGENT.m6) and start naprawa.exe file (in the network version of the program go to the server's dialogue window 
icon in the tray ->Service tab -> Repair tables).
When the repair process is completed open AGENT.m6. If an error message still pops up go to program's folder (default is C:\AGENT.m6) here find agent_m6.elf file, right-click on that file and choose Send to -> e-mail address -> enter our email address available in the Contact section. This file contains all error messages in the program - it will be checked by our service. You will get an answer how to fix the problem by email or telephone.
