SMS messages module

SMS module gives you another possibility of contacting with your clients. It also reduces expenses for serial correspondency. You may  use that module as a main or an additional way to remind your clients about:

In the add/edit a client window (pic. 1) go to "Messages" tab. Here you may check what type of messages your client accepts.

How does it work?

In order to send messages to your clients which agreed for SMS reminders you must at first:

1) Register and login to SMS module

2) Prepare messages templates (description below)

3) Click on  icon from left menu, then in opened view click on  icon from upper toolbar. In opened window (pic.2)choose filtering criteria to set which clients should  receive your message.  Only clients which agreed for SMS messages will be displayed. For example choose "renewals" from 2006-10-15 to 1006-10-25. AGENT.m6 will display a list of clients (pic. 3), SMS message (according to previously  defined template) will be shown in "Text" column.

How to order SMS module?

First register by filling out a REGISTRATION FORM available on our website. A unique password will be created and sent to you by email. Enter this password and login to  the module.

Logging in

Once you are registered and you have a password login to SMS module. Click on "Mail" icon from left menu. In opened view click on "sms configuration" icon 

then go to "Account configuration" tab. Enter your mobile telephone number in "Sender's telephone number" field. Attention - because of security reasons GSM operators require you to authorize your mobile phone number according to the description in "Account configuration" window. If you don't authorize your number "SMS gate" text will be displayed in sender field instead of your mobile phone number.

Create message templates

In "SMS configuration" window go to "SMS templates" tab. First choose "Message type" for example a reminder about vehicle technical examination date. In the text field below type your message. If you want to add data from database like policy number or examination date use INSERT button. All changes in the text must be accepted by clicking on SAVE button. ATTENTION use standard alphabet letters only.

Check delivery status of your messages
 

In order to check delivery status click on  icon. You may select and check the status of single messages or select many messages. To check the status click on "Refresh status of selected SMS" button. Attention - it may take a while to check the status of many messages selected together.

Payments

A cost of one SMS message is approximately 0,066EUR. Check full price list on our website. SMS module is a prepaid service. In order to be able to send SMS messages pay for the service first - just transfer any amount of money to the bank account below. Once you made a payment you may check how many credits you have left by clicking on "Account balance" button in SMS configuration window.

Enter the registration code of your copy of AGENT.m6 as money transfer title.

Your account will be updated within 24 hours after receiving your money transfer.

After registering your payment we will e-mail you an INVOICE on an email address you used for registration.
