Filing cabinet is a place in the repository where you can store forms and from where transfer forms to your agents.
Click on 
icon to transfer forms from the filing cabinet to one of your agents.
If an agent returns forms to the filing cabinet click on 
icon. Transfer operations may be confirmed by printing a confirmation.

Practical example: Forward forms from the "filing cabinet" to an agent
Solution: In previous example we have entered 10 AC forms to the filing cabinet. In order to forward them to an agent click on 
icon from left menu. Then in the repository view click on icon. In opened window (pic. 1) in "To agent" segment select ADMINISTRATOR. Then chose IC name and forms name - AC.Enter forms numbers from 1 to 5.
Check option "print confirmation" to generate and print a confirmation of forms transfer - click on 
icon.
Forms used as an example may be removed by clicking on 
icon from upper toolbar.
