In order to search for specific data click on icon in left menu. F2 button opens it and closes as well.
In opened window three tabs are available:
1. Client - search for a client by his name, telephone number or ID number
2. Plicy - search for a policy by policy number or it's fragment
3. Vehicle - search for a vehicle registration number, car body number etc.

Practical example: Find a client by his ID number and policy number
Solution: Click on 
icon or press F2 button. Make sure that in opened window CLIENT tab is selected. In ID number field enter client's ID number. If "search by a policy/name fragment" option is marked you may only type few first letters or digits. Click on search icon 
Go to POLICY tab and enter a number of policy you want to find.
