In order to enter all general data at first choose Insurance Company IC (a list of IC should be defined in Dictionaries - Insurance Companies). When IC is chosen you will be able to select name of policy assigned to that IC. When IC and policy name is chosen the numbers of forms from forms repository will be displayed as well as RISKS (like 3rd party liability, accident insurance, thief insurance etc.) will be displayed. Risks must also be defined in Dictionary -> Names of policies.
Insert an information which RISKS your customer buys by checking boxes in "Yes" column or by typing insurance sum, tariff's code or premium.
Certificate number, green card number and assistance number are automatically taken from forms repository according to selected IC.
You may change the sequence o data entering to "Policy number" first then "IC" and "Policy name" - to change it go to left menu OPTIONS->Other

Practical example: Add new transport policy with insurance period starting today. Policy name GENERAL TRANSPORT, risks included on this policy AC (accident) TPL (third party liability)
Solution: In view with clients select one name. Click on In opened window (pic. 1) in "General data" tab choose Insurance Company, name of policy, type of policy, policy number eg.12345678 (if you have previously added forms to forms repository policy number will be displayed automatically)
In this same window go to "Dates" and choose Insurance START DATE (today) and END DATE.
No you have entered all obligatory information. Other information "General data" tab you may enter according to your needs. Approve entered information by clicking
