PAYMENTS tab enables to enter the amount of installments (or single payment) for particular risks. Installments can be added by using the "Add installment" button or by  using an automatic option to divide premium in that case enter premium value in PREMIUM column then set the number of installments and press "divide installments total F5" (will divide only selected risk) or "Divide all risks" (will divide all risks)

 

By clicking on "Edit installment" button you may ennter/change information about the installment like amount, date of payment or if payment is already made you can enter the date and number of receipt for payment. In the same window you can add/change commission amounts for agent or agency. The commissions can be set in "Policy names" dictionary or entered in each case after choosing "Let me insert commission amounts". Settled with IC field is  used to check if you received your commission from IC.

Practical example: Enter a payment and divide it on 4 installments

 

Solution: To complete that lesson first  you must finish this practical example

In the view of clients find the name you have added in previous example and select it.

Click on polisy ikonka icon from left menu. A view with all policies assigned to that client will show up. Find the policy number you have inserted in previous example - 1234 and select it, then click on   edit icon from upper toolbar. In opened window go to "Payments" tab (pic. 1)

 

In AC (accident risk) row and "Installments total amount" column enter payment amount. Then in the same row in "Number of installments" column choose payment in four installments. In "first installment" column choose equal installments.

 

When all data is entered press     clip0017     button - divided installments for each risk will show up in upper segment of this window.
