"Other documents" tab |

This tab contains scanned documents/photos visible in upper part of the window and text documents visible in lower part of the window (pic. 1)
Scanned documents - all scans are stored in the database therefore it is suggested to:

In order to add already scanned document or photograph click on the ADD button If you need to scan a document click on the SCAN button
Double-click on a thumbnail of a scanned document to se its preview window where you may print it or add additional description.
Text documents - it is for example a termination of a policy. Use ADD -> Any document to prepare an optional text for the client and to print that text. You may save this document and then be able to overlook it in the future. Use the ADD TEMPLATE button to prepare a template without actual client's data but so with called markers (available in upper menu INSERT ->). The markers are like [Last name] or [Vehicle make] (pic. 2) - if you prepare a template with the markers the program will insert clients last name and the make of his vehicle automatically. You may download exemplary templates from our website and install them by going to ADD Template->Document->Load template from file.

Practical example: Create a document with content: "Mr. (name) is the owner of a the vehicle (registration number). Print created template and save it in the program. Solution: Edit any policy and go to the tab "Other document" (pic. 1), lower part of this window concerns textual document - here click the button "Add template". In opened window type text "Mr. (name) owns a vehicle (registration number). Fields like (name) insert from upper menu ->INSERT (pic. 3) Click SAVE enter specific name for this template then press CLOSE. In "Other documents" tab (Pic. 1) click on ADD, in opened menu chose name of template you have created. Click PRINT to print text. Click save to save an info that this document was given to your client.
